Foodlogging: Day 6

Tuesday, June 10th:

Workout: 30 minutes of interval on the cross-trainer (315 calories burned)

Breakfast: Pure Protein shake, banana flavored

Lunch: Light & Fit yogurt, pecans, a couple of strawberries

Snack: Pure Protein bar

Dinner: 1/3 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup Shelly’s Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole (this casserole is really, really good!)

Totally unnecessary night time snack: 1/3 cup peanuts (way too many calories for a snack!)

Totals: According to Fitday, about 1000 calories, 85 grams of protein, 50 grams carbs, 40 grams of fat (mostly from peanuts)

Thoughts: Good on veggies, could have worked in some fruit, way too many nuts in one day. NOTE TO SELF: STOP THE NIGHT TIME SNACKING, DUMBASS!

I think 1000 calories is a good day… and the protein is great – so don’t be to hard on yourself… I know how you feel, but don’t beat yourself up about it – just try to do better today, and give yourself props for every little thing that goes right… every choice, every nut that you don’t eat… you know the drill.
